Cole's next book report was due so he decided to do it on the book Number The Stars by Lois Lowry. He got to choose from a list what type of project he wanted to complete. Cole picked creating a sculpture of a character from the book. He also had to write a paragraph detailing it and the book. (I am thinking he picked it because it was the easiest on the list...time will tell...he will still have to do 2 more from the list!)
He chose to create a sculpture of Ellen, the main character's best friend. This is what he came up with.
