As Thanksgiving approached and the time that our resident elf, Bernard, was due to make his entrance, the kids were VERY WORRIED that he would not realize that we had, in fact, moved to Belgium. Have no fear...as usual...on Thanksgiving (even though it was just a normal day in Belgium) Bernard was found perched on our undecorated Christmas tree. He came complete with a note from Santa and they Martin kids all breathed a sigh of relief!
What mischief will he get into this year? Will he make the trip with us when we head to Erie for the holidays?
